I just noticed that MS4W Chameleon 1.99 beta4 loads php_mapscript_42.dll by
default.  This should be changed to php_mapscript_44.dll

modified chameleon.xml to use php_mapscript_44.dll by default.  uploaded
ms4w-chameleon package to maptools.

the new 2.0 rc1 ms4w package has the same problem

modified chameleon.xml again to use php_mapscript_44.dll by default.  uploaded
new ms4w-chameleon package to maptools.

so does the non-ms4w chameleon package point to mapscript_42.dll?  if so this
should be changed.

my bad ... I thought that when you marked this as fixed, you had fixed the
problem in Chameleon ... I have updated
chameleon/ms4w/apps/chameleon/config/chameleon.xml so the next package won't
have this problem
