We need to verify that we tested all the Chameleon features already.  I meant by
feature such thing as skinning, styling per template, so forth.

removed status comment.

Norm will be working on this check list over the next week and should have
something ready for review by Paul and Chris.

It will be a wiki document, but in the future will be possibly managed by the
new qatester.

The Idea for this check list is so that everyone can us to review when testing,
and when writing widget documents.

as with bug 864, this will be tested informally by testing applications rather
than Chameleon.
