In beta 3, the LegendTemplate.widget.php causes a fatal error (line 45) because
the member variable moPopup is declared twice.  This doesn't seem to cause a
problem for me but was reported by Tom K. I suspect a php version difference.

removed in cvs.  Tom, can you confirm that this fixes the problem (by verifying
this bug) and let me know what version of php you are using for reference :)
