We will need a document explaining the Help Viewer: 
* its purpose and function
* its features of the Help Viewer.
* installation, tips.
* possible future road map.

Darren can you comment on this bug....

My feeling is that there could be a README, but no formal document.... Or should
this be pushed to future? I am sure we will talk about this tomorrow.

this is a nice to have, but definitely not required for 2.0.  Targetting future
but if you get it done, great.
