A warning is reported when loading a template with an "EmbeddedHelp" widget tag.
 The warning states that the "WIDGET" attribute is not valid.

I used the "sample_enhanced.phtml" application.  I set the maturity level to
"MATURITY_UNKNOWN".

WIDGET attribute was not being registered.  Fixed in CVS.
