Must create new attribute class "Shared Resource Only". This should be completed for RC1 since this is an important documentation issue. This change will effect: * xml schema's * xslt's * any attributes that are should be changed to ShearResouce Only I believe this effects Button.en-ca.doc.xml and possibly POPUP.en-ca.doc.xml , and MapDHTML widget, and any other widget docs that have defined shared resources(?).

this will be addressed by Chris for RC1 but not necessarily the way described in comment #1 (but all those files will be affected).
There is no Shared Resource Only class, or at least not clearly identified. If a new class is required it can be easily added in the future. I will set this to fixed, because the new documents do clearly define where attributes can be added to eg. attribute and tag syntax section specifically.
