Need a different icon for the zoom to selected layers button than the zoom to
bounding box or point button in sample_enhanced.phtml.

Changed target to 1.99 Beta 3.

The icon for this exists in the default skin, updated the nav_enhanced.html file
to effect the change.  Fixed in cvs.

verfied on windows using beta 3 20041101 new Icon found in app.
