Apache complains that the "a_pixel.gif" is not found. This file is called by the keymap widget like the following: "./images/a_pixel.gif". It seems that this path is not resolved correctly. Changed target to 1.99 Beta 3.

verified by using sample_basic_plainbuttons.phtml application. error is no longer present on windows beta3 20041022 set to verified.
Sorry Chris, I don't understand how you could set to verified this fixed since this bug has been found on beta 3 20031022 package. We have to wait for Paul to do a new beta 3 package after regression testing.

for some reason I didn't commit the keymap fix to cvs, I have done so now.
