When you add a new server in the "Manage Layers" window, this new server should
be  selected in the dropdown and shown in the tree menu of the WMSBrowser window
when you close the "manager layers" window.

Actually, when I used the OGC Sample (Chameleon 1.99b2, Mozilla 1.4, Linux), the
new server was not even added to the drop down list after closing the manage
servers window. I have to close the WMS Browser window and reopen it for the new
server to show up.

Changing Version to 1.99 (2.0 not being worked on yet).
