the shared resource value for textbutton caching isn't passed to the popup
dialogues.

I think this is fixed now.

Verfied using 1.99 beta 2 2004-07-09 on windows by changing the normal image
color to red of the TextButton shared resource and the Error Report Popup
buttons are changed as well.

Norm, please verify on Linux and close bug.
