The widget_name.help.xml ("widget_name" stands for any widget) files in the
"chameleon/htdocs/widgets/widget_name/" directory are not writable.  So when the
"Delete previous file (developers only)" checkbox is checked, the following
message is output.

I will be addressing these issues, weather they are issues or not by rc 1

If this is still a problem. I don't want to put effort into this until more
people start using the docbuilder
