Documentation said to click on the "Save" button in the "GMapFactory/Creating
Your Application" section step 8 of the tutorial.  There is no "Save" button.

changed to:

8. Once you have your application assembled, click on the URL on the top right
of the GMapFactory page to go to your new MapServer application.
