Manage Servers window is too narrow on mozilla.  The "Close" button could not be
seen.  The button is there in IE.

it's designed to display correctly on the browser everyone uses. :-)

it's a cosmetic bug. Dave asked me to get this out the door so I don't find
it's a critical problem to fix.
