Some functionalities do not work as expected when an application is built with
some widgets in one form and some widget in other form.

For instance, navigations tools are located in form 0 (see template attached)
and all other widgets are located in form 1.  All widgets functions are working
as expected except "ZoomIn", "ZoomOut", "Query", and "Recenter".

Changed target to 1.99 RC 1.

this is working.  We are using this successfully in WIX.
