During testing of service instance I came across a possible url that may be
confusing to users.

INVALID Eg.

http://dev1.dmsolutions.ca/msapps/cwc2-1.99beta-20040709/cwc2.php?service=VCG&request=GetApplication&version=0.1.0&LANGUAGES=en-CA&TEMPLATES=http://localhost/chameleon/cwc2/templates/sample_cwc2.html

NOT a valid url to template. when passed the "localhost" is looking for the
local of the service instance.

This should be documented and explained why this may not work.

added a Common Problems section to the user guide in cvs describing this
problem.

verified that the documented comment makes sense and that it is in cvs.
