This is similar to bug 475.

When a layer whose source projection is different than the map view has an 
expression applied to it, the result is null.

However, if the map view is projected (using ProjectionSelector widget) to 
match the source layer's projection, then the Expression Builder correctly 
returns a result.

The expression builder should match the projection of the source layer when 
performing a filter query.
