if the DDSGUI window is open, then the DDSGUI button is pushed the DDSGUI window
does not get window focus when the DDSGUI button is pushed.

Forgot to mark as assigned. I fixed this and put in in CVS. Waiting to test it
more efficiently before marking as fixed.

Before the the window was created by the submiion of the form with a target in
the form. Now, the window is created by a separate window.open() call and after
the form is submit, a focus() is called on the new window object.

Changing Version to 1.99 (2.0 not being worked on yet).
