With a very complex ROI, the Expression Builder return an internal server error.
The ROI used is big enought to use the limit of point of the tool and is
concave. A good way to reproduce this is to draw a big pacman as the region of
interest with the polygon ROI tool.

It happens to be a mapserver bug.

Note that the mapserver bug is now fixed in mapserver cvs 4.2 and 4.3.

Well, perhaps the docs for the widget should state that MapServer 4.2.2 (not
released yet) or more recent is required by this widget, or any widget that uses
WFS filters.

I added a note in the ExpressionBuilder.help.xml file about that.

Changing Version to 1.99 (2.0 not being worked on yet).
