All the widgets currently in cvs should work with the CWCJSAPI mode for version
1.99 final.

cwcjsapi wont be mature in 2.0

It seems that all widget included in the base package works now with the
cwcjsapi. All enhanced one too, except the KeyMapDHTML, but it's another bug
(1058). Let's mark this bug as FIXED and open new bug for all new issue that raise.
