Jacob had problems understanding why images were missing in his application and
was getting all kinds of PHP errors.  Button.php should be trapping these
situations and reporting an appropriate error message that would help an
application developer identify the problem.

Suggest that if a file being searched for in findFile is not found at all, then
an error message be reported identifying the file that was being searched for
and all the paths that were searched.
