After subsequent use of the "CompassPoint" widget a JS error comes out.

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Load the "Sample using multi-state buttons" template.
2.  Zoom in by a factor of 4 by clicking in the center of map preview
3.  Pan to South West
4.  Pan to East
5.  Pan to North East
6.  Error comes out.

Changed target to 1.99 beta 3.

cannot reproduce.  I notice that the code in MapDHTMLWidget.js has been modified
and it appears to be testing to see if gMapDHTMLForm is null before trying to
access it now, which may mean that this has been fixed.  Marking as fixed, to be
verified with Beta 3.

verified on windows ie.6
followed norms steps to try and reproduce the problems
