Steps to reproduce:

1.  Load this template "Sample using multi-state buttons"
2.  Click "Tools" tab
3.  Select "Error Report"
4.  Fatal error comes out

Set target milestone to 1.99 Beta.

When I do that, I get 'no errors' ;)  Norm, can you confirm that you still have
this problem please.  Hopefully it was related to the session problem when you
accessed via localhost but had configured chameleon for an ip address.  You
should be able to test in your current setup, if you put localhost in your
config or access the app via the ip address, you should no longer see this error.
