When on:
http://localhost/chameleon_admin/edit_xml_frameset.phtml
And I switch to the "Manage WMS" tab, I get the error in a dialogue box:
"Configuration for CWC2_URL is missing from cwc2.xml"

Sure enough I don't see it in there.  I see it cwc2.xml-dist, but not in the 
default xml file being shipped with chameleon_ms4w-1.99alpha-20040303.zip.

The manage wms screen does not appear and leaves me at the "Config" even though 
the "Manage wms" tab appears selected.

I should also mention that I'm following the studioGuide.html instructions for 
Windows Users, using a fresh install.

Tyler ... this is no longer a feature of chameleon so it will have to be
removed.
