In short, I try to use tiff2bw on multipage tiff file and get new file
converted to grayscale, but it contains single 1st page from original file.

$ tiff2bw 3pages-gs.tif 3pages-bw.tif

Can I convert multipage tiff file to graysale?

Bugzilla is no longer used for tracking libtiff issues. Remaining open tickets,
such as this one, have been migrated to the libtiff GitLab instance at
https://gitlab.com/libtiff/libtiff/issues .
