Debian's devscripts package comes with a license scanner tool called licensecheck. [1] Chromium has an enhanced copy that will recognize most of libtiff/ as "MIT/X11 (BSD like)" Though most of the files in libtiff/ have a license header, there's still some files that do not. Can you add the license header to these files please? libtiff/tif_config.vc.h libtiff/tif_config.wince.h libtiff/tif_fax3sm.c libtiff/tiffconf.vc.h libtiff/tiffconf.wince.h libtiff/tiffvers.h libtiff/tif_jpeg_12.c libtiff/tif_ojpeg.c libtiff/uvcode.h [1] https://packages.debian.org/jessie/devscripts [2] https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/third_party/devscripts/licensecheck.pl
Bugzilla is no longer used for tracking libtiff issues. Remaining open tickets, such as this one, have been migrated to the libtiff GitLab instance at https://gitlab.com/libtiff/libtiff/issues . The migrated tickets have their summary prefixed with [BZ#XXXX] where XXXX is the initial Bugzilla issue number.
