Application not loaded correctly from remote client

I load Studio from a remote computer (mapsherpa_bak).  The application is not
laoded correctly.  Cannot do anything else.

This bug was related to the fact that I used "localhost" in the configuration
file "cwc2.xml" instead of a fix IP address.
