The sample_bilingual.phtml offers the french and english version of the enhanced
sample. However the french version is all in english except for the popup that
are auto generated.

I translated the french template. There's still the images and the included
template that need to be translated though.

I think that keeping those items in english show the limitation of the
translation. I will keep them like that for now.
