In Chameleon CVS, when trying to extract features from a WMS layer that is not 
in the same projection as the current map view, it fails because the bounding 
box/ROI is not projected into the projection of the server's layer.  

I tested this by looking at a WMS layer that was in UTM.  My map view was in 
LCC.  When looking at the map it looked fine, but when trying to exract 
features it failed.  I projected the map view to UTM:auto and the extraction 
worked.
