In both NS7.1 and Moz1.5 I am unable to tab to 'Info' or 'Config' after I have
selected the 'Manage WMS' tab.  I receive the following javascript error in the
console:

Error:  Uncaught exception: Permission denied to set property HTMLDocument.location

recheck under 1.99 and fix for release if it is an issue.

changing target to "-", since "1.99 beta release" is no longer valid.

Paul and Darren should decide at which point during the beta release cycle this
should be resolved.

Fixed in CVS.  Admin tool has been rebuilt.  .../htdocs_admin/gui/

no longer using tabs in new chameleon admin. The user is able to move between
admin pages. tested with firefox 0.9.2

Set to verified on Windows.

Verified on Fedora Core 2.
