Using the latest 1.99 beta from CVS (October 26, 2004) - 
The ExtractSR widget loads a popup dialog with the following instructions:
"Click 'download' to download the data"

But the button is called 'Extract'.  The .dbf file in the ExtractSR widget has
the correct text ("Click 'Extract' to download your data"), but that's not being
used in the actual dialog box.  Instead it's just using the text from the code.

Changed target to 1.99 RC 1.
