Some of the sample application pages do not have <title></title> fields, while others do. So, the pages without titles come up with "Untitle Document" in the title bar at the top (title bar) of the browser. We need to get these filled in for consistency. The applications that need changing are: http://localhost/chameleon/samples/sample_enhanced.phtml http://localhost/chameleon/samples/sample_enhanced.phtml http://localhost/chameleon/samples/sample_ogc.phtml

I will fix this bug. :) Along with the CWC2 Service Instance Sample url page.
I added titles to pages. fixed in cvs I also removed the word "Pack" from the sample index page headers. since it is misleading. :)

verified using ms4w windows beta 3 20041101 setting to verified.
Verified on Fedora Core 2. Note: The "sample_basic_jsapi.phtml" application could have a more representative title than the one chosen.
