There is no keymap displayed in "sample_enhanced_jsapi.phtml".  There is no
error message in Apache, PHP.  Only the JS error below.

I checked the "KeyMapDHTML" widget parameter settings in
"sample_bilingual.phtml" application and they are the same as
"sample_enhanced_jsapi.phtml" application.

Changed target to 1.99 RC 1.

this is working for me.  There was a serious bug in UpdateMap that was
previously fixed.  

However, if you try to use the keymapdhtml widget in the jsapi example, it
breaks everything :(
