The "Update" button is over the title in the "sample_enhanced_jsapi.phtml"
application.

This is also the behaviour under Windows.

Changed target to 1.99 RC 1.

fixed in cvs.  For the record, this happened because the LegendTemplate widget
changes how it is represented in JSAPI mode ... in particular, it wraps itself
in a div tag so it can rewrite its contents if necessary.  This broke the HTML
structure of the sample templates (which were assuming the legend template would
be in a table).
