Changed target to 1.99 Beta 3.

verified.  These settings were removed from the configuration file and from most
of chameleon, I missed this one (session.inc.php) because I had notices turned off.

Fixed in cvs.

Verified on Fedora Core 2 with Chameleon beta 3 20041022.

This error does not occur within an ms4w configured environment for the
application
