A new alies is required for doc builder

it must point to: /chameleon/htdocs_admin/doc_bulder/doc_builder.phtml

incorrect link exists in beta3 for Chameleon HelpViewer.

I have added index pages for the following three tools, so the links should
reflect that provided the correct aliases are created in ms4w:

Chameleon/CWC2 config:

Doc Builder:

Help Viewer:
http://localhost/chameleon/help/

fixed the help viewer link it is now in CVS:
./chameleon/help/viewer.phtml

Bill should this bug be set to fixed? since you addressed the new /admin/ directory?

removed viewer.phtml from link since there is now an index.php file.

marking as fixed, if anyone objects ... reopen it with an explanation as to why
this is not fixed.
