The common/wrapper/drawmap.php script doesn't return any "Content-type" header
for REQUEST=KEYMAP, so it is defaulted to text/html.

Looking at drawmap.php, it seems that logic is there to generate an appropriate
content-typefor the main map, but not for the reference map.

Changed target to 1.99 RC 1.

opps, I suspect this was just an oversight ... to be fixed for RC1.

one small change added, the imagetype was not getting set in some cases.
