Requirement is to modify the query widget to include the following
attributes/parameters:

highlightresults="[true|false]"

- if true, the map will be drawn using 'drawquery' when a query is active.  This
means the styling of the querymap object in the map file will be used I think.

popupresults="[true|false]"

- if true, the query widget will popup a dialog displaying the results

submitpage="[true|false]"

- if true, the query widget will cause the entire page to be submitted in
response to the query.

persistentquery="[true|false]"

- if true, then the current query will be saved and used on every subsequent map
draw regardless of navigation used.

allowrectange="[true|false]"

- not yet implemented
