CWC2 link (see below) to default demo in ms4w index page generates a fatal
error.

I installed "chameleon_ms4w-1.0.6.zip" package.

CWC2 Service Instance url. (click for default demo app defined in
configuration)

FATAL ERROR: Invalid or no access to template (cwc2/htdocs/test.html).

not an issue for chameleon 1.99.  I don't plan on fixing any issues with
pre-1.99 releases unless we have clients who need it.
