QuickZoom widget needs a mandatory SRS parameter in the <view ..> tag. I think 
we should not impose this restriction.

Assefa, I agree.  If the SRS is not set then it should assume the projection of
the map.  This is a non-critical enhancement but it should be done for RC1 at
least.  Since you brought it up, you can fix it :>

I don't think this is strictly necessary for 1.99
