Description From 2004-08-26 09:22:01
It would be great if the Animated gif for the Waitimage could be autogenerated
like the text buttons are using the buttonizer.

This will help in defining different labeled Gifs for different popups. eg.
errorreport = Loading Errors....
Query = Loading Query Results....
Map = Loading OGC WMS Maps... or Loading Maps

Benefits:
* No need to generate multi-lingual images.
* Output autogenerated animated Gifs
* It can be used for none button images
* Output more different image formats, eg. gif, jpeg, png
* could be used for banders, titles, whatever.

The WaitImage text has been changed to 'Processing ... Please Wait' as per
Bug618. Although this is not as customizable as what is suggested it at least
lends itself well to all WaitImage contexts.

It should be noted that the French version of the waitimage already contained
appropriate :)

Didn't finish my last sentence...

It should be noted that the French version of the waitimage already contained
appropriate text for multi contexts :)

Changed target to FUTURE.

note, I began a discussion about this in bug 352 proposing that we use templates
to accomplish this.

Creating animated graphics with buttonizer might be something to be avoided from
discussing this with paul at the time
