Cannot add more WMS servers once a server is added, there is no more link to
access the "Servers Manager" in the "Data Stores" section of the MapBrowser.  To
reproduce that follow the tutorial in "MapBrowser/Adding a Layer" section.

once there is a server, you add additional ones using the button in the
toolbar.
