Documetation is missing the step where the "style" object is added.  The vector
layer and the class are added.  But in step 5 of "Adding Class Objects" section
it is said to add a symbol.  A user cannot add a symbol until a "style" object
is present.

Jeff or Darren, can you take a look at this? If you update the version of the
tutorial that is in the ms4w 
package and send it to me, I will incorporate it into the cvs version and the
other packages

added a style object section in the tutorial.
