In Mozilla 1.4, after dragging a map over, it remains stuck to the side - offset
from it's proper redraw location in the map box area.  I think this may be
related to JSAPI (is that what the test application uses?)

is this still an issue?  Reassigning to assefa to check for 1.99 release.

this seems to work in the latest releases ... and I'm not fixing anything for
version 1.0 now.
