Performing a query on a city using the "sample_basic_plainbuttons.phtml"
application generates PHP error.

Verified on Fedora Core 2 Chameleon 20040709.  Still there (see below).

The query tool on cities for the;
http://localhost/chameleon/samples/sample_basic_plainbuttons.phtml

Works for me on: beta 2 20040709, Windows 2000

no errors generated.

this is related to updating xml configuration files.  Marking as fixed, to be
verified when beta 3 is released.  Note that to verify this, you will need to
regenerate both chameleon.xml and cwc2.xml from the dist files.  It is NOT
sufficient to copy these files from a previous chameleon installation.
