Bad widget type causes a PHP fatal error

Step to reproduce:

1.  Load "http://localhost/nsavard/chameleon_demo/htdocs/
    sample_basic_plainbuttons.phtml"

2. Fatal error is produced (see below).

Fedora Core 1
Mozilla 1.6
Chameleon tar ball 20040507

Set Target Milestone to 1.99 Beta

changing target to "-", since "1.99 beta release" is no longer valid, since it
is to general.

Paul and Darren should decide at which point during the beta release cycle this
should be resolved.

Norm, I still cannot reproduce this bug.  Can you attach the template that
produces this error to the bug.

Could not reproduce it either with Chameleon CVS update.

Changed target for verification to 1.99 RC 1.
