"HelpWidget" and "MapImageStatic" are missing in the "sample_basic" template. 
Accordingly to the wiki page
https://www.lan.dmsolutions.ca/dminternal/wiki/index.php?
pagename=Basic%20Widget%20Lists, this widget should be in the template.

If the widgets list on this wiki page is not up to date we should update it. 
Also "MapDHTMLWidget" is not part of this list and should be added.

Set Target Milestone to 1.99 RC

MapImageStatic is no longer part of the base group. to be release with the
1.99core.

It will be scheaduled to have a sample application when this widget is
considered for release.

As for the EmbeddedHelp widget, this still applies we will need to figure out
what the best way to show this.

done in cvs.  Added a link widget to launch a new help app that just has
embedded help widgets for each of the documented widgets in the sample app. 
Nothing fancy.
