related to bug 127 about image and other paths

If chameleon cannot find the image I specify, does that get reported to the
error widget to let me know I have done something wrong? 

If not, I think it
sould do this too.

Set Target Milestone to 1.99 RC

this has actually been done, it overlapped with another bug about the
buttonizer.
