I am not sure what to do with this issue, but I thought it was important. I am
currently testing with IE and any time I accidentally do a second action (ex.
ZoomIn, Open Conext) during a map load the application stalls and I lose my
Session. :( 

There should be an action blocker when the map is being loaded. Meaning the user
should not be allowed to push a button until the map load is complete, otherwise
they lose everything that they were working on. How this is done, I am not sure
it can even be done, but it is a problem.
