I have not been able to get the scale dependancy to work. I added a Scale
Min/Max value to my class and nothing changes in my original map.

support for scale dependency is missing in SLD generation by mapserver, but it
does read scale dependency from the SLD.  Assefa to add scale dependency to the
generated SLD

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THIS ISSUE. PAUL AND ZAK, IS THIS IMPORTANT TO YOU TO FIX

The min/max scale stuff is in cvs. If you need a new binaries let me know.

the edit boxes for scale have been disabled in the interface for now, so we can
release. The mapserver 
fix will be verified and the interface revisited later.
