You can clear a Filter even when there is no filter (could this checked before asking the user the question to clear?)

I just verified this one, it works partly. A message appears there is no filter to clear when hitting the button at the beginning of a page load. But when I apply a filter through the ExpressionBuilder, clear it, it gets cleared, which is okay. But if I hit the clear button again after this, it doesn't respond with there is no filter to clear, it tries to clear the filter again.
does this mean it should be reopened???
Yes in my opinion this should be reopened, but I can't judge if this can be fixed or if this is an impossible fix, Bill very likely can judge on this. I have reopened it for Bill to look at.
changing the version of this bug, but also the target to "-". the target defined as "1.99 beta release" is no longer going to be active. Paul and Darren, should decide whether this will be a fix of 1.99 beta 2 or beta 3.

Changed Severity to normal.
Fixed in CVS. A session variable was getting set when a filter was set, but it was not getting properly cleared.
Changed target for verification to 1.99 RC 1.
